On the way home from visiting places in Red Hook I noticed this building that struck me. Strange to see a wood building with no ground floor windows and the second floor windows boarded up.

Another stop on my tour of Open House New York events I stopped by a recently renovated live work space. This was the bed room in which I really liked the reuse of removed joists as shelving.
